Event Packages and Fees
Winnipeg Wedding & Event Planning
Your event is unique and may require details and resources which may seem overwhelming to you. I can help take that edge off by offering you my 20 years of experience and expertise. My fees are reasonable, industry comparable and, are determined by the Wedding services you will require. I can customize any Wedding package to suit your needs.
Proposals
- Initial consultation (1 hour-free)
- I also offer consulting and complete services which allow you the most economical way to create your perfect proposal.
- I can help you execute the details of your proposal.
- If assistants are required, there is a fee of ($20/hour per assistant)
Consultations
- Initial consultation (1 hour-free)
- For couples who would like to plan their own wedding, but require assistance in getting started.
- Information and advice to help you go about beginning and maintaining the process.
- I can help you save money with tips and suggestions, as well as provide you with the necessary tools to help you.
Day-Of Event/Wedding Coordination
- Initial consultation (1 hour-free)
- In person consultation (8 weeks prior to the Wedding)
- Confirmation of Vendors (8 weeks prior to the Wedding)
- “Day of” Coordination on Sites
- Supervise and Coordinate Rehearsal, Wedding/Event Ceremony, Photo Shoot and Reception Venue
- Preparing and maintaining an itinerary for the Wedding/Event Day
- Assistant/s to the Wedding Coordinator required (1 assistant included in your fee. Additional assistants are $20/hour each)
- Silver Package Fee is Tailored to Your Specific needs (contact me for details)
Full Event/Wedding Coordination
- Initial consultation (1 hour-free)
- Email consultations, in person or by phone as needed
- Developing a Wedding Budget
- Developing a Dream Theme for your Wedding
- Recommending and Visitation of Vendors and Reviewing Vendor contracts
- On site wedding Coordination
- Supervise and coordinate wedding rehearsal, ceremony, photo location and reception venue
- Preparing and maintaining a Wedding itinerary
- Assistant/s to the Wedding Coordinator required (1 assistant included in your fee. Additional assistants $20/hour each)
